Jan is a data protection and information security expert who advises companies and non-profit organisations on building compliance that is pragmatic, understandable and grounded in how businesses actually operate. A TÜV-certified Data Protection Officer with qualifications in information security management (ISO 27001), he also serves as an external Data Protection Officer, bringing hands-on experience of what it takes to meet the demands of the GDPR and German data protection law. His work spans small and medium-sized enterprises, healthcare and the social economy sector, and his background in management consulting gives him a sharp focus on what truly matters to an organisation.

As Co-founder and Managing Director, he leads Agicentral's corporate governance and brings mature, real-world data protection practice into Agicentral. He ensures the platform reflects proven compliance and security standards, giving Indian organisations the benefit of lessons learned under one of the world's most established privacy regimes as they prepare for the DPDPA.

Sai is a technology leader with deep expertise in building and governing enterprise data platforms, spanning large-scale data pipelines, data governance and AI, grounded in a strong machine-learning foundation. That experience gives him a rare view of where privacy compliance truly succeeds or fails: in knowing what personal data an organisation holds, where it lives, how it moves and who controls it. He founded Agicentral on that insight, with a conviction that DPDPA compliance must be built on how data actually flows, not on policy documents alone, and he leads the vision behind Agicentral, the platform turning that conviction into practice.

As Co-founder and CEO, he sets Agicentral's strategy and product direction, and leads the company's relationships with customers, partners and investors. He is focused on making privacy readiness practical and approachable for Indian organisations, so teams can move from reading about the DPDPA to acting on it with confidence.

Chidambaram is a delivery and quality leader with deep experience across BioTech, Healthcare IT, US Healthcare and E-Commerce. Much of his work has been in highly regulated healthcare environments, where sensitive personal and health data must be protected at every step and every process must stand up to scrutiny. A PMP® and SAFe® 6.0 certified leader with a focus on AI-driven delivery, he has a track record of building high-performing teams and turning complex requirements into dependable outcomes. He understands that compliance is not a one-time document but a discipline built into how an organisation plans, operates and delivers.

As Co-founder and COO, he leads Agicentral's operations and delivery, ensuring the platform is reliable, rigorously tested and ready for the real demands of DPDPA compliance.
