Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Agicentral collects through this website, why, and what choices you have about it. It is written for the website and readiness assessment as they exist today. Once the full platform is available for customer workspaces, we will publish a separate notice covering how that platform processes data on a customer's behalf. See the Data Processing Addendum for how that relationship is structured.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of the Agicentral website, including anyone who submits the contact form or completes the DPDPA readiness assessment. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), Agicentral Private Limited (Agicentral) acts as the Data Fiduciary for this information (the entity that decides why and how it is processed).

2. Information we collect

We only collect what a form asks for. We do not use hidden tracking scripts to build a profile of visitors beyond what's described here.

  • Contact form: name, work email, company name, job title, company size, area of interest, and your message.
  • Readiness assessment: name, work email, company name, job title, company size, industry, and the consent you give us to be contacted.
  • Pricing call request: name, work email, the date and time you would like a call, and any notes you add.
  • Assessment answers and score: where you complete the assessment on this website, we calculate your readiness score in your browser and do not store your individual question-by-question answers. Only the summary result you choose to submit with the lead form (your overall score, category, and priority areas) is sent to us.
  • Basic technical data our hosting provider generates to keep the site running (such as request logs), which we do not use for marketing.
  • Your IP address when you submit a form. We use it only to limit how often a form can be submitted, to prevent abuse. It is kept for about a minute for that purpose and is not used for marketing or profiling.

3. Why we process it

We process this information to respond to your enquiry, send you the readiness summary you requested, follow up about a demo or walkthrough, and otherwise support your evaluation of the platform.

  • To respond to and act on a contact or demo request you submit.
  • To email you the acknowledgement and summary messages described on the Contact and Assessment pages.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse of the forms.

4. Our basis for processing

We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox on a form. Where you've directly initiated an enquiry, we also rely on the DPDPA's provision for personal data you've voluntarily provided for that specific purpose (Section 7). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. See Section 8.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share it with a small number of service providers who help us operate the website. See our Sub-processors page for the current list and what each one does.

6. Where it is stored

Form submissions are currently processed through service providers located outside India (see Sub-processors) as part of sending you email and hosting this website. Our plan for the full platform is India-first hosting for customer workspace data; we will update this policy and the Data Processing Addendum when that infrastructure is in place.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable record of the relationship, and delete it sooner if you ask us to. We do not currently retain individual assessment answers at all, since we don't store them in the first place.

8. Your rights as a Data Principal

The DPDPA gives Data Principals rights over their personal data. The provisions that create those rights, and the Data Protection Board's power to hear complaints, come into force on 13 May 2027. Until then we honour requests of this kind voluntarily. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 12. We'll aim to respond promptly.

  • Access: ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction and completion: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data once it's no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Withdraw consent: opt out of further contact at any time, as easily as you gave it.
  • Grievance redress: raise a concern with us first. If it is not resolved, you will be able to complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process comes into force.
  • Nominate: ask us to register a nominee who can exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

9. Children's data

This website and assessment are intended for business use by working professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and if we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data submitted through this site (including encrypted transmission and access limited to those who need it), and we require the same of the service providers listed on our Sub-processors page. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or our practices change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.

12. Contact us

For any question about this policy or to exercise a right described above, contact our team through the Contact page, or write to us at hello@agicentral.com. Agicentral Private Limited is based in Hyderabad, India.
