These terms govern your use of the Agicentral website and the DPDPA readiness assessment, which are operated by Agicentral Private Limited, Hyderabad, India. By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What this site currently offers

Today, Agicentral is a marketing website and a self-serve DPDPA readiness assessment. It is not yet a live customer platform with accounts or workspaces. When that launches, it will have its own terms covering account use, which will be linked from here.

2. The readiness assessment isn't legal advice

The assessment gives you an initial, self-reported view of your organisation's privacy practices based on the answers you provide. It is a starting point for internal discussion, not a legal opinion, an audit, or a certification.

Completing the assessment, and any score or category it produces, does not mean your organisation is compliant with the DPDPA or any other law. Only your own legal counsel can advise on that.

3. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false information through the contact or assessment forms in a way intended to disrupt or abuse the service.
  • Attempt to access, scrape, or copy the site's content or code beyond normal browsing.
  • Interfere with the site's security, availability, or normal operation.
  • Use the site to violate any applicable law, or the rights of any other person.

4. Intellectual property

The Agicentral name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content, templates, or branding without permission.

5. No warranty

This site and the assessment are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agicentral is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on the readiness assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

7. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party resources or tools we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices. Check their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
